I interrupt this series of Vegas travel tips to…. gloat : ) Just a little. I don’t know if you are familiar with the new “Jegging” trend and if you aren’t, I highly suggest you try a pair. As comfortable as leggings, with a denim finish, they are perfect to transition into summer with a cute tunic or oversized tank. Practically every over-priced denim line has jumped on board and jeggings are EVERYWHERE.
Well, while I was busy shopping for things I don’t need online yesterday, I stumbled across this pair from 7For All Mankind:
Super cute of course, until I saw the price tag: $189.00 Holy overpriced. Now before you go running out to break the bank on a pair of denim leggings, get this… About 2 weeks ago my friend and one of my favorite bloggers, Danielle, dragged me into our local Kohls, insisting that I would find some great”steal” items. After about an hour of sifting through poly-blend, I was getting pretty disappointed, until I found these: Denim leggings courtesy of Vera Wang’s line for Kohls, Simply Vera.
Here, shown in black, they come in ankle or cropped lengths- I took home my very own pair of ankle length in classic denim blue. But the best part, I got them for a cool $24. (Cue victory dance!) So there you have it, remember not to buy jeggings for the brand name, and never judge a store by its poly-blend.

They also sell jeggings at Justice, which is a store for girls, but a medium sized woman (10 or 12) could certainly wear the girls sized 18 or 20. They look exactly like the 7ForAll Mankind ones, for about $20.
Whenever I am in the USA I check out Kohls and also Target. There is always a lot of stuff that I don’t want, but sometimes there is a great bargain – such as your jeggings.

Her regular leggings are the best, too! I even snagged some capri lengths for $1 and some change on clearance once.
Check out an Aldo if you have one in your city – I got them for $12. Woo Hoo.
Leggings are one of those things I’ve never understood. Perhaps I’m jaded. I’ve seen WAY too many people wearing them when they really should just stay away. On the flip side I’ve seen plenty of people who would look good wearing them if they had just remembered they are not pants in the traditional sense and long tops are mandatory. I don’t care who you are camel toe will never be attractive.
Haven’t seen the jeggings yet, but I’m sure I will. College towns are known for keeping up with trends. Thanks for keeping me up to date.
I love my jeggings! I got a pair of a.n.a. ones at JC Penney sometime ago and wear them all the time.

I found great deals on jeggings at 344 Newbury Street in Boston! They are priced the same as the poly-blends but they have a great variety of jeggings styles from brands that I’ve never heard before but it fits as good as the expensive ones. When I first saw the word jeggings I thought it was misspelled but then I figured out what they meant. Cool!!!

I’m an exchange student from New Zealand and living in Arizona at the moment and the jegging trend hasn’t quite hit over here. People think it’s crazy wearing them. Finally, people over here are understanding the beauty of jean-leggings!

Actually, I call them “legging-pants,” and whoever invented them deserves praise! They’re so comfy and absolutely adorable. I found some at Pac Sun for $7, a steal indeed.

Hey, I do agree that this jeggings are usable. I bought one pair for 15 euro’s and second one with a little rockstar touch for 30srd (approx. 10$). You can finish it with every top you want…they look good!

I LOVE MY JEGGINGS. Omg. I even have 2 pairs. They are oh so comfortable, and they’re really handy for when you’ve put on a little too much weight to be able to fit in your regular jeans without having a muffin top. Jeggings fit snugly over love handles. They are amazing. And I got mine for only $14.95ea.
