Part of my role at AmazingCosmetics is creatively directing all advertising efforts. The following were lovingly designed and written by me and I also had the amazing opportunity of directing the photo shoot for this campaign. Our model Jessica is the absolute best and Makeup Artist Abbey Taylor created a series of stunning looks throughout the day.
This year’s campaign, Redefining Sexy aims to define what “being sexy” truly means to a woman. Through my research I found with resounding agreement, that sexy isn’t a look, or a piece of clothing, or that extra sweep of mascara, it’s ultimately how confident a woman feels and how that confidence is reflected in every part of her appearance and behavior. One of the most challenging things for a woman to feel confident about is her skin. No matter the size of the flaw, she is literally wearing it on her face, and being able to eliminate those worries provides a freedom unlike any other. That’s where AmazingCosmetics comes in and that’s how we first realized that in reality, sexy is what you can’t see.
